Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITEIS

 

Branch Leadership & Operations

o    Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

o    Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to build a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.

o    Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment across warehouse, counter, and office functions.

o    Implement and monitor operational processes, including inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving, and logistics coordination.

Customer & VMI Service Excellence

o    Ensure exceptional service delivery for all VMI programs, including scheduling, replenishment accuracy, and on‑site customer support.

o    Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of escalation for service issues.

o    Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development.

o    Monitor VMI performance metrics and drive improvements in fill rates, accuracy, and service responsiveness.

Financial & P&L Management

o    Own the branch’s full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability targets.

o    Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

o    Ensure cost‑effective operations through labor planning, inventory optimization, and vendor management.

Strategic Execution & Continuous Improvement

o    Implement company initiatives, policies, and best practices at the branch level.

o    Lead process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.

o    Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align branch performance with organizational goals.

o    Represent the branch in cross‑functional meetings, audits, and strategic planning sessions.
