  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Deliver data-led sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, Talent Insights, and market intelligence

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders — influencing and guiding hiring decisions

  • Support hiring activity across Europe and UK markets

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to offer

  • Use recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes

  • Corporate & Professional Services roles

This role requires the ability to adapt recruitment strategies across different markets, role types, and stakeholder groups while maintaining a consistent, high-quality hiring experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Talent Partner / Recruiter across Europe and the UK

  • Strong track record hiring across functions such as Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, or Strategy

  • Confident in proactive sourcing and pipeline building, especially using LinkedIn

  • Comfortable using data and insights to inform hiring decisions

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust quickly

  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with HR Business Partners

  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and recruitment tools

  • Strong communication, adaptability, and analytical skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Interest or exposure to AI in recruitment is a plus

Key Skills & Competencies
