• Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina
• 0 years of experience (minimum)
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
