Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Novicell Sweden, you
will play a crucial role in our growth by developing and executing effective
sales strategies to drive revenue and foster strong client relationships. You
will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with colleagues from
various European locations to secure Novicell's position as a leading digital
agency in the Swedish market.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to
    achieve revenue targets and propel business growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business
    opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships
    with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide
    accurate sales opportunity forecasting.

  • Collaborate to grow Novicell's local
    operations and market presence in Sweden.

  • Engage with customers and prepare
    compelling proposals.

  • Contribute to a thriving company culture
    rooted in Novicell's values of being "Flink & Flittig" (kind and
    diligent).

Requirements

About You:

  • A self-starter who thrives working
    independently and takes initiative.

  • Proven track record of successfully selling
    web and app solutions within a digital consultancy or agency setting.

  • Commercially minded with a solid
    understanding of driving digital businesses online.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation
    skills with the ability to build strong client rapport.

  • 2-4 years of experience in the Swedish
    digital agency world.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to your
    work.

  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and
    English.

  • Enjoy working in an informal yet
    professional environment, valuing strong partnerships with customers.
