We’re seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Leader to drive our growth, brand awareness, and demand generation in the enterprise and mid-market space.

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts across the full customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy. You’ll lead a high-performing team, build integrated marketing strategies, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (e.g., demand gen, content, digital, product marketing).
  • Demand Generation: Own the planning and execution of lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Brand & Positioning: Refine the brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals effectively.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use data to measure campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and continuously improve efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with our Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to align strategies and goals.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing programs for B2B companies.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of key performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA a plus.
