Job Description
This position will report to H. B. McClure Company, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.

SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator will lead all marketing strategies and execution to support business growth across all divisions at HB McClure. This person will act as the in-house marketing lead, coordinate with division teams, develop sales enablement tools, and manage relationships with outsourced partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned to company goals
  • Lead brand messaging and differentiation across all internal divisions
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
  • Create and manage content: case studies, capabilities statements, and brochures
  • Maintain company website, ensure content reflects business priorities
  • Manage social media presence & grow engagement/visibility
  • Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, and networking events
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics
  • Solicit outsourced partners to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in providing marketing data when required by Prequalification Packages by clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set marketing objectives and budgets.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, CMS, social platforms)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments and teams, including external vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing (mechanical contracting experience a plus)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job duties effectively
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other industry related software
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screenings
