Summary of Position: Join the Baskin’s Ace team as a Store Paint Manager specializing in Benjamin Moore paints and products in our fast-paced retail hardware environment. Develop an overall paint strategy to maximize the sales and profitability of the paint department. Closely manage the paint department inventory to support maximum sales without overstocking the department. Build strong relationships with contractors aimed at obtaining repeat business. Develop connections with DIY customers and provide guidance on their painting projects.

This job has Overtime pay at 1.5 of your base hourly rate once you surpass 40 hours a week.
