Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role addresses the complexity of modern multi-channel marketing by transforming high-level business goals into flawlessly executed campaign roadmaps. Success requires bridging the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that media, creative, and data converge to fuel the company's primary acquisition engine. By orchestrating synchronization across a matrixed organization, this individual resolves operational friction and drives brand growth within a rapidly shifting competitive category.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Architecting comprehensive 6-month and quarterly initiative briefs that define strategic parameters for media teams to build high-performing integrated plans

  • Ensuring every campaign and tactic remains aligned with overarching business priorities and brand strategy to serve as the organizational "north star"

  • Converting high-level acquisition goals into detailed executional roadmaps while proactively navigating bottlenecks and cross-functional dependencies

  • Owning the master Go-To-Market calendar to orchestrate the synchronization of campaigns, offers, and tests across the entire marketing funnel

  • Analyzing campaign and business performance data to extract actionable insights that directly refine and optimize future GTM initiatives

  • Leveraging AI-driven productivity tools to streamline project documentation and campaign reporting for enhanced organizational clarity and speed


Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Significant experience driving results across the entire customer journey, specifically within brand development, digital strategy, and direct response

  • The ability to navigate and influence a matrixed organization through collaboration with Initiative Leads, Acquisition Strategy, and external agencies

  • Sophisticated narrative and presentation skills tailored for distilling complex marketing operations into compelling stories for executive leadership

  • Exceptional operational agility and a solution-oriented approach to managing complex project timelines in high-velocity environments

  • Advanced data interpretation skills that move beyond reporting to provide actionable recommendations based on sophisticated marketing metrics

  • AI application skills, specifically the ability to use generative AI to enhance creative briefing, market research, and operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Critical experience as a marketing generalist with a proven track record in full-funnel strategy and partner marketing

  • Experience orchestrating complex integrated marketing plans and navigating cross-functional project dependencies

  • Strong history of synthesizing market data into high-level strategic narratives

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale GTM calendars and media agency relationships

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
