Job Title: Task Force Victim Service Provider (“VSP”) Program Manager
Job Status: Full-time, non-exempt, grant-funded

Job Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Task Force VSP Program Manager are to manage Unbound Now’s responsibilities for the Tarrant County Human Trafficking Task Force (TCHTTF), including overseeing victim services for law enforcement operations, outreach efforts to other victim service provider organizations, community outreach, and other grant project commitments in coordination and collaboration with the TCHTTF Coordinator, the Outreach and Training Program Director, the Director of Survivor Advocacy and TCHTTF partner agencies.

Schedule/Availability: Generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but requires availability for evenings and weekends as needed for operations and outreach.
Working conditions: Work is performed in a normal office environment or other professional environment. Work duties may, on rare occasions, be performed in an environment requiring exposure to weather extremes, fumes, odors, and noise.
Travel: This position requires travel throughout the service region and may require limited travel for training and team/professional development opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate achievement of Unbound Now’s responsibilities integral to the success of the TCHTTF in the achievement of all grant metrics and objectives, including protocol reviews, in coordination with the TCHTTF Coordinator and partner agencies.
- Facilitate and participate in VSP responsibilities for law enforcement operations, ensuring victim-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative approaches.
- Coordinate and co-lead meetings of the Victim Services Subcommittee of the TCHTTF, working collaboratively to accomplish TCHTTF objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for new and current members of the Victim Services and Outreach and Training Subcommittees, including new member interviews and orientation.
- Support identification and outreach to relevant stakeholders to engage in the TCHTTF, in coordination with the TCHTTF Coordinator.
- Responsible for VSP programmatic data collection, evaluation, and reporting.
- Facilitate community assessment activities for the Enhanced Collaborative Model project.
- Lead and participate in Unbound Now and Tarrant County anti-trafficking and survivor-support activities, meetings, and events.
- Provide presentations regarding the activities of the TCHTTF and other human trafficking related topics.
- Participate in OVC calls, training, and coaching sessions, including all the Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) calls.
- Maintain meticulous records for grant allocations; submit travel reimbursements, expense documentation (Ramp), and daily time-sheets in strict adherence to company policy and grant guidelines.
- Complete all Unbound Now required training on time.

Desired Outcomes:
- Successfully manage, produce, and meet timelines, deliverables, and conditions of the ECM task force grant on behalf of Unbound Now, the lead VSP.
- Support the formation and maintenance of a healthy task force with consistent attendance and meaningful content.
- See an increase in the region’s victim identification of both sex and labor trafficking, trafficking prosecution, and survivors served as a result of the task force.

Works with: TCHTTF Coordinator and partner agencies; Unbound Now North Texas Director of Survivor Advocacy, Outreach Coordinator, Unbound Now HQ staff, Unbound Now TF staff, and leaders in other locations.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of survivor advocacy ethics and trauma-informed crisis intervention.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-speed, professional setting.
- Minimum of two years working with a community organization, event planning, or group coordination.
- Familiarity with federal grant requirements and data entry/reporting systems preferred.
- Preferred direct experience working within a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) or alongside law enforcement and social service providers.
Job Requirements:
- Mature Christian faith, as evidenced by participation in a local Christian church

- Fulfill Unbound Now’s annual and ongoing abuse prevention training requirements
