Job Summary:
Founded in 1964, Goody Goody is a growing family owned and operated retail establishment with locations in Dallas- Fort Worth, Houston and Longview.  To provide an excellent customer experience to wholesale accounts by accurately receiving, picking and delivering orders. Drivers will additionally travel established routes delivering products, collecting money, and properly documenting the transaction, all in a safe and timely manner according to the standards of the company.

Job Duties:
1. Commit to providing top-notch customer service by assisting with all aspects of order filling; ensuring customer orders are filled in an accurate and timely fashion.
2. Be safety oriented by following all known safety procedures and utilizing good operational, loss prevention and safety judgment at all times.
3. Load, unload, and move product repetitively using appropriate equipment.
4. Be accountable for the truck, all merchandise, money, and documents related to the truck/delivery.
5. Effectively communicate issues and opportunities at accounts to management.
6. Check the truck in and out of the warehouse according to procedure and keep maintenance records as required.
7. Assist with other warehouse duties including pulling and conveying orders. Work as a team to achieve quarterly warehouse efficiency goals.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Acceptable MVR and driver’s license: No reckless driving, DWI/DUI, and no more than 2 minor traffic incidents in last 3 years.2.
2. Must be minimum 21 years of age
3. High School Diploma or equivalent
4. Ability to read, count, write and communicate in English
5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
6. Willingness to work well with Supervisor and Co-Workers in a team environment
7. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to fulfill job duties
8. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays (We are closed Sundays!)
9. TABC Certificate

Physical Requirements: Must be able to drive a motor vehicle. Must be able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours). Must be able to stoop, bend, grasp, and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to lift up to 90 pounds without assistance. Must be able to move large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment. Some stair and ladder climbing may be required.
