Position: Parts Specialist

Summary:

As a Parts Specialist, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You�ll be responsible for ordering, receiving, monitoring, and distributing parts � ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across the shop. Your work directly impacts our technicians, workflow, customer experience, and overall success.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory of all parts in the system

  • Order parts in a timely manner to support production flow

  • Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage

  • Coordinate returns/exchanges quickly to minimize delays

  • Ensure tools and equipment are functioning properly

  • Provide customer updates and answer questions as needed

  • Maintain cost projection spreadsheets

  • Communicate with internal departments regarding parts needs

  • Build strong relationships with vendors and monitor order status

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Driver�s License

  • 1+ year of experience in Parts Operations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service abilities

  • Microsoft Office & Excel skills preferred (not required)

  • Ability to interpret cost reports, work orders, and estimates

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
