We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring our payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. • Process and manage multi-state and/or international payrolls, ensuring every detail is timely, accurate, well-thought-out, and complete.
• Lead and facilitate collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams to resolve complex payroll issues, fostering an environment of inquiry and shared problem-solving.
• Proactively stay current with ever-changing payroll regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous process improvement.
• Identify and assess potential risks in payroll processes, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies to safeguard our operations.
• Participate in payroll projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring key deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget to achieve desired outcomes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing (experience with [Software, e.g., Workday, ADP, Cloudpay] is a plus).
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
