Now Hiring: Filler Operator
Shift/Schedule: Alternative Work Schedule 3rd shift 6:00PM - 6:30AM
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $23.00/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor filler equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Perform changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and product quality standards
  • Accurately complete production and compliance records
  • Support daily production goals and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements

 What You’ll Need

  • Ability to pass a state certification test after training (required)
  • Previous production, manufacturing, or food industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Salary Description
$23.00/hour (+ based on experience)
