In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Lead and manage a variety of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with our established project governance.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on key metrics including quality, risks, and budget.
  • Implement robust change control and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Actively contribute to the PMO's mission by improving our project methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to project owners and sponsors, guiding them on project governance and their roles within it.
  • Champion project management best practices and provide training to teams and stakeholders across the organization. 

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in project management within a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate has:

 

  • Solid experience managing projects of varying complexity, ideally in medium to large organizations.
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent, with a strong preference for backgrounds in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in recognized project management frameworks (e.g., Prince2, PMP, IPMA) , agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and knowledge of Lean principles
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
