Description

Branch Managers have the responsibility to grow the business through the management of sales, service, parts, and rental while providing quality service, building customer satisfaction, reducing expenses, and increasing associate efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should be knowledgeable in OSHA regulations and possess a strong commitment to safety.

Branch Managers need to be self-motivated and self-directed with a strong coaching and team building skillset. Desire to succeed in directing and growing the business is a must.
