Job Location: Moscow

Work Mode: Onsite 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the people management of Moscow's software team, and supervise the demand analysis and technical support activities of the laser printing product market;

2. Responsible for tracking and solving technical problems of embedded software in laser printing products, including functions, performance optimization, controllability, etc.;

3. Responsible for the development of software localization functions for laser printing products;

4. Responsible for team memeber's perfomance review, promotion, team recruitment, etc.

5. Communicate and report with China HQ 

Requirements: 

1. At least 5-7 years of experience in Linux application development. Familiar with or proficient in C/C++, shell programming, with solid knowledge in PC software or Qt/Networking protocols. 

2. At least 2 years team management experiences 

3. Have good problem-solving and debugging skills, and be able to independently locate and solve problems in software development
