Responsibilities:
- Sales: Support the growth US Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions sales of Vitalograph and 3rd party products, services, and solutions
- Upsell Vitalograph and 3rd party products, services, and solutions, actively seeking and identifying sales opportunities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Quoting: Generate, send, and follow up on quotations while supporting deal progression through close.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for further development and closure where applicable
- Customer & Distributor Engagement: Respond to incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers, and distributors providing information about our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Sales Support: Provide responsive, solutions-oriented sales support by coordinating product information, required documentation, and cross-functional resources.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, Customers and Distributors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to coordinate promotional activities, lead generation efforts, and customer outreach.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales activity reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the medical technology, software, or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
