As a maintenance contract engineer, you will:

• Ensure the smooth running of maintenance contracts concluded with our clients (contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, security, updates, quotes, etc.)
• Act as the client's main contact for contract issues (KPIs, invoicing, etc.)
• Participate in the handover of customer sites between the deployment and maintenance teams (transfer, maintenance area, etc.)
• Follow up on the smooth running of supplier maintenance contracts (contracting, follow-up)
• Monitor suppliers on customer sites (contracts, guarantees, spare parts, etc.)
• Participate, through your actions, in improving the reliability of the system
