Available Schedules

• Full-Time – Days & Nights

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) – Full-Time

• PRN

• Shifts:

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Summary

As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care while supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being. You’ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform resident assessments and daily rounds

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document changes in resident condition

• Assist with care planning and communicate with families and providers

• Support and guide nursing staff, including new hires

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and survey readiness

• Respond to emergencies and promote a safe environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active LPN license (state-approved)

• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 75 lbs), and perform nursing duties as required in a clinical environment.
