BCBA Clinical Manager – Clinic-Based Program

Behavioral & Educational Solutions, P.C. (BES)

Silver Spring, MD | Full-Time | Exempt

About the Role

Behavioral & Educational Solutions, P.C. (BES) is seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Manager to oversee clinical quality, treatment fidelity, and accountability within our clinic-based ABA program. This is a clinical management—not director—role, ideal for a BCBA who excels at mentoring, quality assurance, and real-time implementation oversight. This position is part of a leadership development pathway, with long-term growth potential into an ABA Clinical Director role overseeing both clinic- and home-based programs.

The BCBA Clinical Manager ensures that treatment plans developed by BCBAs are implemented with consistency, safety, and effectiveness by RBTs to establish BES standard. The role includes a reduced caseload, with billable time focused primarily on treatment fidelity observations, implementation spot-checks, parent training, company professional development and clinical quality assurance rather than full case ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee clinic-based ABA service implementation to ensure high clinical standards and treatment fidelity

- Conduct treatment fidelity observations and implementation spot-checks on cases managed by other BCBAs

- Provide timely, structured feedback to BCBAs regarding implementation quality and clinical risks

- Mentor and support Student Analysts working toward BCBA certification

- Manage ABA biannual professional seminars

- Monitor RBT performance, professionalism, and adherence to treatment plans

- Perform Quality Assurance activities, including documentation review and 24-hour note conversion compliance

- Ensure staff compliance with BES policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

- Collaborate with BCBAs, Operations, and Clinical Director

Caseload Structure

- Reduced caseload compared to standard BCBA roles

- Billable focus on Quality Assurance, treatment fidelity, and RBT implementation monitoring

- Direct cases assigned selectively based on program needs

Qualifications

- Master’s degree required

- BCBA certification

- Active Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure

- 3–5+ years providing ABA services to children as a BCBA

- Experience mentoring RBTs and BCBA candidates preferred

Compensation
