What You’ll Do
- Assemble and erect steel buildings with precision and care.
- Work from ladders and roofs safely and efficiently.
- Travel as needed (3–4 nights away on some weeks).
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 80 lbs multiple times daily.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Provide your own hand tools (see list below).
- Previous construction experience with steel and metal roofing/siding preferred.
- Proficiency in measuring and accurate building layout preferred.
- Must notify us of any accommodations needed for physical tasks.

Compensation
- Commission/Piece Rate Pay – Starting pay varies by experience and proficiency
- Average Starting Pay: $60k–$70k/year
- Top Performers: $80k–$100k/year potential.
