Five Star Ford Lewisville is a fast-paced and customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our retail and wholesale clients. We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Counterperson Wholesale to join our expanding Parts Department.

Position Summary:

The Parts Counterperson Wholesale is responsible for assisting wholesale customers with parts inquiries, processing orders accurately, and providing exceptional service to maintain strong business relationships. This role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist wholesale customers by phone, email, and in person with parts look-up and orders
  • Provide accurate parts quotes, availability, and pricing information
  • Process orders quickly and correctly using the dealership’s parts management system
  • Maintain strong relationships with body shops, independent repair facilities, and other wholesale clients
  • Coordinate with drivers and delivery team to ensure timely deliveries
  • Advise customers on substitutions, backorders, and alternative parts when needed
  • Maintain product knowledge of OEM parts and accessories
  • Work collaboratively with Parts Manager and team to meet department sales goals
  • Keep work area organized and ensure proper handling of parts inventory


Requirements

  • Automotive parts experience preferably in a wholesale or dealership setting
  • Strong understanding of OEM parts catalog systems (CDK)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift/move heavy parts when necessary.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
