Job Description

Not everybody can do BDC at a high level.

VNB Autogroup is looking for a proven BDC Agent who knows how to turn leads into appointments and appointments into showroom traffic. We are looking for a superstar, not someone who just wants a seat and a paycheck.

This is a high-energy, high-accountability role for someone who is confident on the phone, strong at follow-up, and skilled at creating urgency with customers. You must be organized, consistent, and performance-driven. If you have been producing at a Honda, Toyota, or other high-volume import dealership and know you can do more, this is the opportunity to make your move.

We want someone with a proven track record, strong communication skills, and the hunger to win every day.


Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer communication
  • Follow up with internet and phone leads quickly and consistently
  • Set firm showroom appointments and work to maximize show rates
  • Re-engage unsold and inactive opportunities
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers at all times
  • Work closely with management and sales staff to support daily objectives
  • Maintain strong follow-up habits and pipeline discipline
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Qualifications

  • Automotive BDC experience required
  • Proven track record of setting appointments and producing results
  • Excellent phone, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Positive attitude with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to handle volume, pressure, and performance expectations
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer engagement skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $37,000
  • Commission
