Description
The University Union on the campus of the Sacramento State campus is seeking to hire two motivated and detail-oriented students to join The Lab Express team as Print Shop Interns. In this hands-on role, you will operate professional print equipment, produce polished finished products, and serve as a campus ambassador by installing print materials across campus. This is an excellent opportunity to build real-world skills in print production, customer service, and campus operations.

| This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited, student position. Employment in all positions with University Enterprises, Inc. is dependent upon the mutual consent of University Enterprises, Inc. and the employee. This means that either University Enterprises, Inc. or the employee can, at any time, terminate the employment relationship at will, with or without cause. Depending on the type of position you are applying for, a pre-employment background check consisting of one or more of the following may be conducted: employment history, professional references, criminal check, educational verification (degree, license, or official transcript), or driver clearance. Applicants will be required to pass required pre-employment checks to the satisfaction of University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) and the hiring Agency or Department.
UEI does not allow employees to hold more than one UEI Job at a time, or work in more than one college or center per pay period. UEI employees who are considering leaving their current UEI Student assistant position for a different UEI student assistant position should inform their supervisor in writing and provide at least a week’s notice.

Prerequisites | Students working at the University Union or The WELL must be attending classes at Sacramento State during the regular term (Fall, Spring), and enrolled in a minimum of nine (9) semester units for undergraduate students or six (6) semester units for graduate students.

Work Schedule | Flexible hours, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Final work schedule to be determined by supervisor.

Additional Work Schedule |
Student Assistant and Graduate Assistant employees generally work up to 20 hours per work week (Monday – Friday) during the academic year and up to 40 hours per work week during breaks; (winter, spring & summer).

Physical Requirements |

Summary
Union WELL, Inc. is an auxiliary of Sacramento State. The corporation consists of the facility operations and programs of two buildings: The WELL (Recreation & Wellness Center) and The University Union.
The WELL, totaling approximately 150,000 square feet, houses three fitness studios, a cardio suite, two fitness floors, a multi-activity court, basketball courts, a rock climbing wall, four racquetball courts, an indoor running track, locker rooms, and conference center. The WELL is also home to Student Health and Counseling Services.
The University Union facility, totaling approximately 220,000 square feet, houses food service options, meeting and conference spaces, Associated Students Inc., Peak Adventures, multiple Student Support Departments, Games Room, 20o2, Pop Up Shop, Relaxation Station, UNIQUE Programs and much more.
