Job Description

Claritev is building AI-first technology to take on one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: the administrative complexity that quietly consumes 15–25% of every healthcare dollar. By combining data, automation, and applied AI, we’re cutting through bureaucracy to deliver faster decisions, greater transparency, and meaningful impact across payer–provider interactions.

The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical enabler of that mission. This role owns full life-cycle recruiting for technical and technology-adjacent roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build teams that turn ambitious AI strategy into real-world solutions—inside a highly regulated environment where quality and judgment matter. You’ll bring sharp technical recruiting instincts, fluency in modern recruiting and AI-enabled tools, and strong market insight to hire the talent that will shape what Claritev builds next.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, data, AI/ML, cloud, and digital product teams.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to translate business and technical needs into focused recruiting strategies and executable hiring plans.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor—providing market insight, talent availability, compensation context, and hiring recommendations grounded in data.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and AI-enabled recruiting tools to build diverse, high-quality pipelines and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Maintain a strong working understanding of modern technology stacks, AI concepts, and technical skill sets to effectively assess talent and challenge requirements when needed.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders to balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and cost.
  • Own the candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring a clear, respectful, and engaging process.
  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure smooth interview scheduling, offer execution, and transition into onboarding.
  • Recommend, extend, and negotiate offers aligned with market data, internal equity, and Claritev’s compensation framework.
  • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to improve outcomes and inform decisions.
  • Recruit and manage contract and temporary technical resources as needed; maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality.

JOB SCOPE

This role operates with a high level of autonomy and accountability. You’re expected to think creatively, act decisively, and adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment. Success requires strong judgment, comfort navigating ambiguity, and true partnership across the business.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $100k-$110k.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
