Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs
• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications
• Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
• Oversee distribution of supplies in the organization
• Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
• Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates
• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers
• Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
• Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member
  of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and toavoid recurrence of the problem.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Management in Electronics Manufacturing industryis preferred
• Proficient in MS office applications
• A degree in business management, material science or other affiliated business fields
• Sufficient knowledge in utilizing computer applications such as MS Office, Spreadsheet, orother production related software
• Ability to work efficiently under stress involving tight deadlines
• Conversant with fundamental bookkeeping methods
• Giving thoughtfulness to detail and high level of precision
• Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
