Job Description
African Caregivers LLC, an approved New Jersey DDD provider, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals receiving services with behavioral acuity needs under Embedded Behavior Supports.
This is a part-time contract role (approximately 5–10 hours per month).
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation
- Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements (Section 17.2)
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification (required)
- Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred
- Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards
- Ability to provide documentation of credentials
