We provide various water conditioning products, including reverse osmosis drinking systems, iron removal systems, water softeners, water heaters, and a variety of different water filtration systems. Overview of Position
We are looking for our next Retail/Wholesale Assembler. This person will be responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing residential water treatment systems and components for shipping, installation and delivery. This role ensures all products meet company quality standards and are ready for field technicians or shipment to customers.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assembling water treatment systems, including softeners, Salt tanks, filtration units, and reverse osmosis systems
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions
- Test completed units to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Prepare and stage equipment for installation crews and deliveries
- Label, package, and inventory completed units and parts
- Inspect incoming parts and report any defects or discrepancies
Occasional Tasks:
- Ability to be insured and possess a valid drivers license to make deliveries when needed.
- Random various simply tasks above and beyond the stated above.
Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift to 100 lbs. and be on your feet/stand for extended periods
