This position is responsible for maintaining product flow and relieving team members on the line for breaks and filling in during labor shortages while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. And any other tasks assigned by member of management. 

• Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible.

• Candidates with 6 attendance points or more on sessions, and or any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered.

• Additionally, the employee must maintain 7 points or less to retain this position.  If the employee does not maintain the attendance requirement they will be removed from the position.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Attendance Requirement Update
With the new UKG attendance policy update, employees must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position.

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
