POSITION SUMMARY
The DTC and Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue growth, customer acquisition, and conversion performance across all digital DTC channels. This role executes ROI-driven, direct-response marketing strategies that generate immediate, measurable results, while continuously optimizing the customer journey, offers, and conversion funnels.
This position plays a critical role in scaling our DTC business through data-driven campaign execution, performance marketing, and conversion optimization, working cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales, and Operations, as well as third-party agencies.
This role reports to the Director of Strategy and is responsible for executing DTC growth initiatives within the broader enterprise growth roadmap. Strategic revenue targets, portfolio allocation, and brand prioritization are defined at the Growth & Strategy level. This role owns execution and performance delivery within those parameters.
