What You’ll Bring
Knowledge & Experience:
3+ years of jig grinding, precision grinding, or toolroom machining experience
Experience holding extremely tight tolerances (±0.0001” or better)
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in machining, CNC operation, or precision manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances and GD&T basics
Strong basic math and measurement skills
High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Preferred:
Experience in tool & die, mold making, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GD&T
Experience with Moore, Cincinnati, or similar jig grinding machines
CNC machining or CNC jig grinding experience
Lean manufacturing or 5S experience
Familiarity with precision inspection tools (CMM, optical comparator, etc.)
