JOB FUNCTION:

Support and assist the production crew through various tasks. Prospective employees should be friendly, hard-working, dependable and a team player. This is a full-time position with normal scheduling of 6am- 3pm, Monday- Friday. Hours may vary based on production needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties on production floor
• Wrap and bag customer orders
• Assist in cutting processes of meat products: (beef, pork, poultry)
• Prepare items for distribution
• Clean equipment and sanitize daily
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Ability to work with others
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good verbal communication
• Previous meat- cutting experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• On feet 8 hours per day
• Repetitive lifting and grasp
• Reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting
• Frequently lift 0-20 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Exposure to varying temperatures
