Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. Position Summary

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)  assists residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living and achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)  

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments per established plans of care
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
  • Document treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Promote safety, dignity, and individualized resident care
  • Comply with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
