Rosina Food Products is hiring Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics across all shifts at our West Seneca facility. If you’re looking for stability, great pay, and growth in a supportive environment, we want to meet you.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $24.00–$36.00/hr based on experience 

  • Shift differentials available $1.50 for 2nd & $1.00 for 3rd

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts

  • Follow all safety and food safety (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP) standards

  • Keep records of work completed and issues identified

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication

  • Ability to read schematics and manuals

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs

  • Basic computer and troubleshooting skills

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • Full-time, multiple shifts available (please indicate your availability)

  • May include weekends and holidays (5-day work week)

  • Work is performed in a fast-paced food production setting with hot, cold, and humid conditions

Shift Options Available:
1st: 6:00AM-2:30PM 2nd: 3:00PM-11:30PM 3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AM
