Job Description

Delaware Hospice is actively seeking a full-time Team Physician.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Team Physician – IPU/Homecare provides medical leadership and consultation to the interdisciplinary teams and other team physicians for the provision of all palliative and dementia care services within the inpatient unit and serves as backup medical provider support for the homecare teams. Participates in developing and delivering staff education; participates in education opportunities for other physicians and the community and needed.  Functions within established policies and procedures to assure compliance with federal and state hospice regulations.
