Position Summary:
The Activity Leader role is focused on delivering a great social programme to our students at all times by providing them with activities, excursions and great customer service, ensuring each student’s experience with EC exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in the planning, implementation and promoting of student activities, assisting students with their requirements in this area
- Leading the student activities which can take place during the week or weekends, in the mornings, afternoons or evenings
- Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements and service applications that positively impact the student’s experience
- Ensure the activities and excursions operate to the highest standards of relevant Health & Safety and safeguarding practices
Education Required:
- A-level or equivalent
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experience Desired:
- Customer Service experience
- Working in a multi-cultural environment
- Has personally travelled as a language student
- Previous work experience in an English Language School
