Job Purpose:

Collaborate with different channel’s sales staff to complete investment transactions by phone

Main Responsibilities: 

• Achieve KPI & support WS Team to meet sales target.

• Complete investment transactions by phone for all investment products, including Equity Link Investments (ELI), Investment Funds (UT), Secondary Market Bonds, CLPGD, Currency Switching (CS), CLPD etc.

• Process transactions by adhering to the Bank’s operational procedures.

• Conduct other cross sales activities and service back up such as supporting other hotlines.

• Conduct outbound call on various marketing, sales & service program.

Incumbent Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 2-year experience in sales or service delivery of retail investment products or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.

• Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8.

• Good command of spoken & written in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
