 What You’ll Be Doing 

• Stay self-motivated and follow directions with confidence  

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks  

• Clean and process textile products coming off laser equipment, including use of washing machines  

• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met  

• Identify issues and support solutions to improve efficiency  

• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team  

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  

• Ability to stay focused and consistent in a production environment  

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn  

• Ability to follow instructions and meet expectations  

Education & Experience 

• High school diploma or GED preferred  

• Previous manufacturing or quality experience is a plus, but not required  

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand for extended periods  

• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed  

• Comfortable working around production equipment
