Overview
Position Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Multifamily Laundry Svc role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients within the multifamily housing industry. The primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities by setting appointments and creating a strong pipeline for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients in the multifamily housing industry, including property managers, owners, and developers to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage decision-makers and introduce CSC Serviceworks innovative laundry solutions.
• Qualify Opportunities: Assess potential clients’ needs, budgets, and decision-making processes to determine their suitability for our services and ensure high quality leads.
• Set Appointments: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Business Development Managers (BDM’s) with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition for the sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, conversations, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system to track engagement and optimize outreach efforts.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with BDMs to align on sales strategies, ensure seamless lead handoffs, and contribute to overall business growth.
• Industry and Market awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to refine outreach strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.

What we’re looking for
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred) but not required.
• 1+ years in sales development, lead generation, or a related role, with B2B experience preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the multifamily housing, property management, or laundry service industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and engage decision-makers.
• Driven & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, comfortable managing high-volume outreach.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
