Job Description

Role Summary

A Production Supervisor at the Benelux Industrial Pump QRC leads the daily activities of our skilled repair team and ensures we meet production, quality, and customer‑delivery goals. This role focuses on resource planning, shop-floor coordination, staff development by coaching the team, and operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with the QRC Manager, team leads, and technical specialists to drive efficiency, capability growth, and a strong safety culture. To ensure the safety on the shop floor you will have regular safety walks to look for improvements.  

Your role

  • Overseeing daily pump repair, overhaul, and workshop execution and capacity alignment with schedules

  • Managing team performance and development plans

  • Ensuring production targets are achieved with quality and safety

  • Driving on‑time delivery through effective resource and workflow planning and ensure efficient routing of all work orders

  • Leading and Coordinating Pump Repair activities in the shop with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Review documentation, escalate schedule risks, and ensure job packages are complete

  • Coordinate with Project Coordinators and other campus supervisors on job progress and planning

  • Reporting directly to the QRC Manager and supporting strategic initiatives

Your profile

  • MBO+ or HBO education level and minimum of 10 years in manufacturing or repair operations

  • Strong experience scheduling multiple tasks and managing shop‑floor activities

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language is mandatory

  • Knowledge of managing and leading a group technician for at least 5 years is a must, knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, and field service processes is a big advantage.

  • Proven leadership and coaching experience, strong communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience managing repair or manufacturing operations with CIP background

  • Solid understanding of assembly procedures and pump/rotating‑equipment technology
