Key responsibilities:

The GLOBAL Marketing Excellence Learning Content Manager collaborates to build the upskilling program, being directly responsible for:

  • Leading the new training modules creation, from briefing to deployment, by working closely with our subject matter experts, AI tools and capability building agency partners.
  • Manage our Brand Builders Hub : content update, video tutorial development with capability experts, development of new features.
  • Create the content for internal communications ( emailing, videos, banners…)
  • Manage the KPI tracking and Performance Reporting (Excel, Power BI)
  • Responsible of project  management: Track project timelines and deliverables, coordinate across teams, follow up with stakeholders,  attend meetings and keep documentation and status trackers updated.

Required skills and qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Marketing, MBA, BAC+5

  • Knowledge of Basic understanding of market segmentation, consumer insights and targeting, branding and architecture, digital media strategies, ideation, innovation

  • Prior experience in marketing, communications (content creation in writing, design via school or internship projects) is highly desirable.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience (preferably 2 years or more)

  • Minimum 3 days per week for a 2 year commitment

Skills:

  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

    Ability to use digital content creation tools ( Canva, Synthesia…) and data vizualisation platforms such as Power BI.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel to manage reporting.

  • Possess a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Openness to working collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse team setting and with multiple remonte teams

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • High level of organization and discipline with the ability to manage multiple projects
