Starting Pay: $22.55/hr - 23.69 (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Pay Grade Range: $22.55 - 29.50/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Based on experience.
Potential performance based pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and during merit review.

As our Foil & Emboss Machine Operator, you will:
Following workflow procedures to create accurate foil or emboss imprints
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Checking product quality and making adjustments to meet sign-off standards
Reviewing shipping requirements and adhering to standards
Managing new and used inventory and performing preventive maintenance on machinery
Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
Supporting the team with additional duties as needed
What It Takes:
Ability to occasionally lift 65 lbs, push/pull 1,100 lbs using a manual pallet jack, and stand/walk for long shifts
Comfortable working near hot machinery and handling minor exposure to chemicals or vapors
Strong attention to detail and quality
Team player with good communication skills
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot machinery
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing; 2+ years of machine operator or mechanical experience
