Responsibilities of an LPN Unit Manager:

  • Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
  • Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
  • Addressing and preventing concerns from family members

Qualifications for an LPN Unit Manager:

  • Practical Nursing Diploma required.
  • Clear and active LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
  • One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
