Execution of safety policy and program

• Implement EHS policy and Safe/Critical Six /EMS systems strictly and efficiently in plant.


• Collect and analyze EHS data including hazard, BBS, PJHA, WEHJHA etc. for improvement.


• Confirm plant on site daily work conformity to legal and company regulations including workshops, projects and vendors.


• Support other team to identify special positions/equipment which require certification and regular review.


• Implement and assure Fire-fighting system and contingency plans effectiveness in plantwide.


• Implement and monitor for garbage strict classification through whole plant to follow government regulations.


• Audit for plant hazard chemicals and other hazard factors under strict control following laws and regulations.


• Investigate EHS incidents for root cause analysis, report and follow up all corrections.


• Prepare daily records and archives for company and government safe audit.

 

Execution of occupation health management system

• Implement occupation health workplace monitoring based on government regulations.


• Establish employees’ occupation health archives and follow up according to the legal requirements.


• Support dealing with occupation health issues if any.

 

Execution of environment management system

• Implement environment monitoring system including waste solids/water/gas for improvement based on laws and government regulations.


• Prepare daily records and archives for government environment audit.

 

Complete other tasks assigned by leader
