Upway is looking for Brand Ambassadors to help make Upway the #1 destination for selling your bike in the U.S.
Upway is a marketplace where we both sell refurbished bikes and buy bikes directly from individuals.
In this role, you’ll focus on the second part: helping people easily sell their bike to Upway.
This is a hands-on, field-based role with one clear objective: make sure that when someone wants to sell their bike, they think of Upway first.
You will be the face of Upway on the ground. Engaging with riders and local communities, building trust, and driving awareness around how easy it is to sell your bike through Upway.

Key Responsibilities
What you will do
- Spread the word about selling your bike to Upway
- Engage directly with local communities, facebook groups, reddit forums and people that own a bike
- Represent Upway at events, pop-ups, and activations
- Generate leads from people looking to sell their bikes
- Educate people on how easy, fast, and safe the process is
- Quickly iterate based on performance
