Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in developing a career in supply chain or operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment
- Support data analysis and reporting related to inventory levels, demand planning, and supplier performance
- Help monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, production, and logistics
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for supply chain activities
- Support vendor communication and follow-ups as needed
- Participate in special projects and initiatives within the supply chain team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as inventory management, forecasting, or logistics
- Experience with ERP systems or data analysis tools is a plus
- Previous internship or coursework related to supply chain or operations
