Lead Direct Care Staff will
provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also
continually supervising students. Supervise at night & assist students (ages
12yrs to17yrs) with recreational activities, devotions, education & TC Curriculum when applicable. Minimum
age requirement is 21yrs old. Option: on-campus LIVE-IN, full-time position.
Requirements
● She shall be a person of
spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full
agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
● Complete the Effective
Biblical Counseling course or an equivalent course
● Knowledge of Christian
discipleship and mentor relationships
● High School Diploma or GED
● Ideally credentialed as a
minister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship
● 30 hours of training in
childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE annual in-service)
● Maintain First Aid and CPR
certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
● A background check and
pastoral reference is required
Preferred Qualifications
● College degree or work
experience equivalence
● At least 1 year full time
ministry experience
● A good driving record
Relationships
● The Direct Care staff is
responsible to the Campus Coordinator and Director
