Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our Accounting departmentIn this position, you will:

 

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.

Key Accountabilities

 

• Complete all tasks pertaining to monthly billing, research discrepancies, maintain and reconcile membership accounts
• Perform daily review of guest ledger accounts, alerting management of potential credit risks and document deficiencies
• Process credit card charge backs and returned checksEnsure correct daily revenue is posted

 

General Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 2 years of similar work experience required
• Knowledge of accounts receivable sub-ledger systems, preferably OPERA and Sun Accounting
• Experience in Accounting within the hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

 

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
