Job Purpose:

Under general supervision, plans, coordinates and schedules the requisitioning and manufacturing of parts and components required for the assembly of finished products for an assigned product line.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute MPS

• Review new orders and bookings daily

• Execute Purchase Orders for material procurement

• Generate and Maintain Foundry/CM Schedules

• Generate and maintain accurate Customer OTD (on time delivery)

• Measure and Monitor OTD

• Measure and monitor late backlog

• Maintain master data – planning

Additional:

• ISO Maintenance

• Sap Maintenance

• Ad Hoc Tasks as agreed with Planning Manager

• Strong Analytical skills.

• Ability to work on own initiative.

• Thorough working knowledge of MRP (inputs, logic and outputs) within an ERP system

• Good Spoken and Written English

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Production Planning and Vendor Scheduling

• Minimum 3 years experience working with an ERP system.
