Join Müller UK & Ireland as a Customer Service Advisor (Fixed term contract)

Müller UK & Ireland is looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Full-Time) on a fixed term contact until December 2026, to join our dedicated team in East Kilbride.


 


As we continue to grow and aim to be the biggest and best dairy company in the UK and Ireland, we need enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences across the country.


 


Location: Onsite at East Kilbride


Hours: 40hr per week


Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7


Contract: Fixed term contract until December 2026


 


Main Responsibilities:



  • Accurately capture customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.

  • Maintain trackers and reports with up-to-date information.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.

  • Follow structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (MMID, Production Planning, Commercial) to meet customer needs.

  • Maintain SOPs, customer data files, and other support documentation.


 


Key Requirements:



  • Proven customer service experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Calmly address customer concerns and complaint.

  • Efficient call handling and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organisational and listening abilities.

  • Professional awareness of tone and body language.
